Terms & Conditions for Pre-Orders
- Customers require an email address to make a pre-order. We will not accept phone numbers or alternative methods of communication.
- If customer does not collect product within 14 days of receiving email, their deposit will be forfeited and product returned to floor stock.
- Customer can only collect from the store where they placed their pre-order.
- Deposit is nonrefundable.
- Remaining balance is required on day of pick up.
- Individual items may not be added, removed or separated from a pre order.
- Pre-order deposit cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged to cash or another product.
- We have the right to cancel your order if you fail to settle your payment on or before the due date.
- Photo ID is required to pick up your product.
