Add your items to your cart.

Enter your delivery details. If your selected products are in stock, Same Day Delivery will be a delivery option in checkout.

 

Delivery Times
Orders placed by 2 pm will be processed and dispatched that day. Whilst we guarantee that your order will arrive no later than 7 pm, it will often arrive much earlier.
All Same Day Delivery orders are held for 21 days from the date of order placement for return of failed delivery.

Authority To Leave
Unfortunately, we cannot offer authority to leave on Smokemart Same Day Delivery items, as all deliveries must be signed for by the named receiver on your order. For orders containing tobacco or tobacco accessories, a valid ID must be presented.
Please note: If our Delivery Partner Drivers are unable to deliver a package or a recipient cannot produce valid ID (for all tobacco orders), your items will be returned to the store your order was packed by.

FAQ
Why do I need to create an account?
Due to legislation, we are unable to offer guest checkout for orders that include tobacco.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once you have placed your order and payment has been confirmed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order. When your order has been delivered to your nominated address, you can follow our returns policy here: https://www.smokemart.com.au/returns. Need assistance with returning or exchanging a product? Can I nominate someone to collect my order?
Same Day Delivery orders can only be handed to the named person on the order. Unfortunately, you can’t have another person receive your order for you.

Is Same Day Delivery available on Public Holidays?
Same Day Delivery is not available on Public Holidays. If you place an order for Same Day Delivery on a Public Holiday, your order will be fulfilled the next business day.

I haven’t received tracking information.
You can find your tracking information by logging into your Smokemart & GiftBox account. Steps: Account > My orders > View Order > Order shipments and tracking information will be available. For more information on tracking your order, click here: https://www.smokemart.com.au/shipping-information.

What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you aren’t able to receive your delivery, that’s okay. Once your order has returned to the store it was sent from, our Customer Service team will get in contact with you to let you know you have 21 days to collect the order from that store (the store name is on your confirmation email).

What stores participate in Same Day Delivery?
All our Smokemart & GiftBox stores participate in Same Day Delivery. You can find your closest store here: https://www.smokemart.com.au/locator.
Tobacco & Tobacco Products are not available for Same Day Delivery in South Australia.

What happens if stock is no longer available after placing my order?
Occasionally, an item in-store might be missing, or there is a high demand for certain products, which staff will only find out when picking the order. If no stock is available after placing your order, we will contact you to let you know that this will be shipped Express from our warehouse. Stock range varies from store to store and online.

Is there a minimum spend?
There is no minimum spend for Same Day Delivery orders.
