Shipping Update
Due to warehousing delays, all order placed and currently waiting dispatch will be dispatched from Monday 25th March. Delivery times to WA will be impacted due to severe weather and flooding.

Need it in time for Father’s Day?
Regular Delivery: Ensure delivery before Father's Day. Order by August 23th for metro areas.
Express Delivery: Ensure delivery before Father's Day. Order by August 27th for Fastest Delivery for select metro areas on eligible orders.
3HR Click & Collect : Order by September 1st for 3HR Click & Collect to pick up your order for Father’s Day.
Same Day Delivery: Order by 12pm on September 1st for delivery the same day. * service availabilty may vary dependent on your local stores opening hours

All postage is sent via the Australia Post Eparcel network.
Shipping Fees
All purchases will attract a flat shipping fee within Australia. Orders over $79 for standard items & orders will receive free regular shipping. Delivery fees for larger items & orders are calculated by weight.

Tracking Your Order
When you create an account to shop on Smokemart & GiftBox it asks for an email address, once you have made a purchase a unique tracking number will be sent to the nominated email address and you can track the order through the Australia Post website https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/
The postage tracker will identify when the goods have been dispatched and are ready for delivery to your home, if delivery is unsuccessful (no one is home) the goods can be picked up from your local Australia Post outlet.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on which type of postage option is selected; the two options are Regular Parcel Post and Express Parcel Post which is a faster but more expensive option. Delivery times may also be affected by the area/ postcode the parcel is being sent to, some areas are classed as being outside of the standard Australia Post network which takes longer to arrive.
Delivery Days
Delivery days are classed as business days of Monday – Friday. Orders cannot be sent on public holidays or weekends.
