FULFILLMENT DELAYS UNTIL FRIDAY 28TH JULY
Commencing Monday 24th July we will be relocating our fulfilment centre to a larger purpose-built facility to allow us to increase our range, and improve our availability so your experience with GiftBox is even better, during this week there will be impacts to our order processing.
Orders placed between Monday 24th July and Thursday 27th July 2023 will be held for processing until Friday the 28th July.
Some delays may occur in processing your order upto Wednesday 2nd August 2023, when our fulfilment service returns to normal.
We are waiving all shipping fees for orders placed between Monday 24th July & Monday 31st July 2023, free shipping will be automatically applied at the checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email on or in the days following the 28th of July confirming your order is on the way.
We know that delays can be frustrating, and we thank you for your patience and understanding during this transition.

Standard Shipping Information
All postage is sent via the Australia Post Eparcel network.
All purchases will attract a flat shipping fee within Australia. Orders over $79 will receive free regular shipping.
Tracking Your Order
When you create an account to shop on Smokemart & GiftBox it asks for an email address, once you have made a purchase a unique tracking number will be sent to the nominated email address and you can track the order through the Australia Post website https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/
The postage tracker will identify when the goods have been dispatched and are ready for delivery to your home, if delivery is unsuccessful (no one is home) the goods can be picked up from your local Australia Post outlet.
Delivery times may vary depending on which type of postage option is selected; the two options are Regular Parcel Post and Express Parcel Post which is a faster but more expensive option. Delivery times may also be affected by the area/ postcode the parcel is being sent to, some areas are classed as being outside of the standard Australia Post network which takes longer to arrive.
Delivery days are classed as business days of Monday – Friday. Orders cannot be sent on public holidays or weekends.
