Remove all packaging and place the folded sofa flat on the floor.

Carefully remove the plastic bag, avoiding the use of sharp tools or knives to prevent damage or scratching to the fabric.

Once unpacked, the sofa will begin to expand and regain its shape. Keep the room well-ventilated and dry to support this process. The sofa should fully settle within 72 hours.

Due to compression during shipping, some creasing on the fabric may be visible initially. These will naturally ease over time, or can be gently reduced using a low-heat iron if required.

To help maintain the sofa’s condition, avoid placing it on damp flooring for extended periods, as moisture and poor ventilation may lead to mould or damage.

Regular Maintenance: 

Vacuum weekly using an upholstery attachment. 

Where possible, rotate and flip cushions regularly to distribute wear evenly

Dealing with Spills:

Act quickly, blot (never rub) with a soft clean white cloth.

Work from the outside of the stain inward to avoid spreading.

Avoid over-wetting the fabric as it can cause watermarks or mildew. 

Allow to air dry fully before sitting on it.

Spot Cleaning: 

Always test any cleaner on a hidden area first. 

Use mild upholstery cleaner suited to your fabric.

Apply in small amounts and blot dry.

Protecting the Fabric:

Apply a fabric protector spray (like Scotchgard) every 12-18 months.

Use throws or slipcovers in high-traffic areas or if you have pets.
