Quattro Formaggi Pizza

A rich blend of four cheeses creates a creamy, indulgent pizza with a perfectly golden crust and irresistible flavour.

Prep 20 min Rise 60–90 min

Makes two 30cm bases. Dough keeps in the fridge for 24 hours, or freezes well after the first rise.

Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edge.

Top with the shredded chicken, sliced red onion and shredded mozzarella.

10–12 min

Bake at 350–400°C in your outdoor pizza oven until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
