- Pizza dough1 base
- Tomato sauce½ cup
- Mozzarella1 cup
- Red capsicum, sliced½
- Mushrooms, sliced½ cup
- Red onion, thinly sliced¼
- Black olives, sliced¼ cup
- Baby spinachHandful
- Fresh rocket, to finishHandful

Method
Optional: If using store-bought pizza dough, skip straight to Add Toppings.

Spread the sauce
2 minSpread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edge.

Add toppings
3 minAdd the mozzarella, then layer the capsicum, mushrooms, red onion, black olives and baby spinach evenly over the pizza.

Bake
3 minSlide into your outdoor pizza oven and bake at 350–400°C until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.

Finish & serve
1 minTop with a generous handful of fresh rocket just before serving for a peppery finish.
