GiftBox ships your Arcade Machines using Hunter Express couriers for delivery.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times may vary based on your location. However, gamers can anticipate the following delivery estimates:
Metro Areas: 3-5 business days
Regional Areas: 7-14 business days
Delivery Fee:
For all Arcade Machine purchases within Australia, a flat shipping fee of $49 will apply. Note that free shipping does not apply to Arcade Machines due to their big and bulky nature.
Tracking your order:
Upon placing your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you from GiftBox at the provided email address.
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive SMS notifications at each stage of transit from the courier.
On the scheduled delivery day, anticipate a phone call from the driver approximately 30 minutes before arrival.
A signature will be required, and the seller will receive proof of delivery.
Please ensure that you keep an eye out for delivery instructions and ensure that you’ll be home on the day of the delivery.
