Neapolitan (450°C, 2 mins): Ultra-hot and fast for airy, blistered crusts with soft centres.

New York (400°C, 4 mins): Crisp edge, chewy centred slices you can fold - classic American pizzeria style.

Pan (250°C, 15 mins): Thicker, doughier base with a crispy crust, perfect for deep dish lovers.

Flatbread/Pita (425°C, 3 mins): Puffy, golden, and slightly charred.

Frozen (225°C, 12 mins): Designed to evenly cook frozen pizzas straight from the freezer.

Steak (300°C, 8 mins): Sear steaks to perfection with restaurant level crust.

Veggies (225°C, 12 mins): Roast vegetables until caramelised.

Reheat/Warm (150°C, 3 mins): Gently reheat leftovers or warm dishes without drying them out.

To maintain the longevity of your pizza stone, we recommend routine maintenance.

Make sure the stone is completely cool before handling.

Use a metal spatula or food scraper to remove any stuck–on food debris.

Brush off any burnt flour or other debris and wipe with a damp towel.

1. How to use your Pizza Oven?

Here is a quick guide on how you can use the Panthera 13" Benchtop Auto-Rotate Electric Pizza Oven

Setup: Place on a flat, heat-safe surface. Plug in. Don’t wet the pizza stone.

Power On: Press the power button to light up the panel.

Select Mode: Choose a pizza style or adjust time/temp. Press “START & STOP.”

Preheat: Takes 17–18 mins. Green light + 3 beeps = ready.

Cook: Use the peel to place the pizza. Press the timer to start. Check halfway.

Finish: Remove pizza, turn off oven, and let the fan cool for 20 mins.

Tips: Always preheat. Start with lower-temp pizzas when baking multiple.

 

2. How to clean a stone Pizza Oven? 

Follow these simple care steps to keep your stone pizza oven in great condition:

Cool First: Let the stone fully cool before handling.

Clean Lightly: Scrape off food, brush debris, and wipe with a damp towel.

No Soap or Water: Never wash or soak, as it can absorb moisture and crack.

Stains Are OK: Discolouration is normal and helps season the stone.

Keep Dry: Make sure it’s dry before reuse. Store in the oven if needed.

Tip: Clean regularly to keep performance and flavour at their best.

 

3. How the Panthera 13" Benchtop Auto-Rotate Electric Pizza Oven timer works?

-Select the style in menu, the timer & temp indicator show the pre-set data.

-If you want to adjust the temp and time, please select “TIME” or “TEMP”, then press “+” or “–“ to the desired ones, then press “ START & STOP” to start, and press TIME to count down .

-The light around the “ START & STOP “ button turns red. The pizza stone rotates automatically and oven light turns on automatically. The temp and time are adjustable during this period.

-Adjustable time range: 00:30 to 60:00, each pressing by 30s increment

-Adjustable temp range: 65C-450C, each pressing by 25C increment.
