Hand wash removable parts with warm water and mild detergent

Do not exceed 32°C water temperature

Wipe exterior with a damp cloth

Avoid abrasive cleaners or alcohol-based agents

Do not immerse the motor base

Store upright in a clean, dry location

Do not add ice, frozen fruit, pulp heavy juice, or hot liquids

Ensure liquids contain the correct sugar/alcohol content for freezing

Keep hands, hair, and clothing away from internal moving parts

Dishwasher-safe parts (no heated dry). Wipe motor/base only

Do not tilt machine beyond 45°

Ensure both vessels are locked before operation

How do I know if the slushie machine needs more sugar?

You’ll know it needs more sugar because the machine will trigger a low-sugar alert:

The display shows “E4” and the temperature LEDs flash, then it goes into a 300-second protection countdown.

If that happens:

Try lowering the thickness/density (snowflake icon) to Level 1.

Add 1–2 tablespoons of sweetener per serving (e.g., syrup, sugar, honey, agave, maple syrup), mix it into the base first, then reselect the preset to reset and restart.

Can I run one tank while the other is empty or turned off?

Yes, you can, you don’t need to use the two tanks at the same time.
