Use warm water and mild detergent for cleaning on removable parts. Ensure water temperature does NOT exceed 32°C

Run the Clean Preset after each use.

Hand wash all removable parts (container, auger, tray, drip tray).

Wipe down the exterior and evaporator with a damp cloth.

Do not use abrasive cleaners, alkaline agents, flammable fluids, or immerse the motor base.

Store in a clean, dry, upright position, preferably in original packaging.

Do not add ice, frozen fruit, hot liquids, or pulp-filled juice.

Ensure drinks contain at least 4% sugar for proper freezing.

Alcohol content must be between 2.8% and 16%.

Keep hands, hair, and clothing away from moving parts.

NOT dishwasher safe. Water used must not exceed 32°C

Do not tilt more than 45° or operate on unstable surfaces.

Ensure container locking handle is in the locked position before use.

Appliance contains flammable refrigerant (R290) - keep away from heat and ignition sources.

How long does it take to make a drink in the Panthera Slushie Machine?
Most drinks take between 10–25 minutes depending on your ingredients and the desired thickness.

My drink isn’t freezing - why?
It may lack enough sugar or have too much alcohol. Refer to the sugar/alcohol guidelines in the manual.

Can I use ice or frozen fruit in the Panthera Slushie?
No ice is required in the Panthera Slushie Machine. Fruit and Ice can damage the motor and is not recommended.

Can I use sugar-free drinks in the Panthera Slushie Machine?
No.  the freezing process relies on sugar. Sugar-free alternatives or artificial sweeteners will not meet the required sugar levels. It is not recommended to use these in the Slushie Maker.

Can I use alcohol in my Slushie Maker?
Yes! Our slushie machine is compatible with wine and spirits. Just follow the instructions to get the freezing formula right and you can enjoy frozen margaritas, daiquiris, and more
